Tesla expanded the Blind Spot Warning While Parked feature worldwide in software update 2026.20.6. The feature prevents dooring by sounding a chime and delaying door opening when an approaching object is detected. It now covers the new Model Y, 2021+ Model S, and 2021+ Model X.
