Supabase Storage: major performance, security, and reliability updates

Supabase Storage rewrote object listing with a hybrid skip-scan algorithm and cursor-based pagination, making deep pagination up to 14.8 times faster on 60 million rows. A path traversal vulnerability in the file backend is closed. Direct SQL deletes no longer orphan objects.
