Musk Proposes US-China AI Peer Review

Elon Musk proposed a peer-review system for leading AI labs and Chinese companies to safety-test each other's models before public release. Speaking at the All-in Summit, Musk named OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and three or four leading Chinese companies as participants. He suggested using a 'test harness' to turn commercial rivalry into a safety mechanism.
