Matter 1.6 Adds NFC Setup and Cross-Ecosystem Sharing

The Connectivity Standards Alliance released Matter 1.6 with NFC-based commissioning for pre-installation device setup. Joint Fabric allows multiple controllers from different ecosystems to co-administer a single shared network. Thermostat Suggestions replace direct commands with time-bound presets. CO and smoke alarms now report removal status.
