Bun 1.4 adds Bun.WebView browser automation

Bun 1.4 released with a Rust rewrite, 2,900 bug fixes, and new APIs including Bun.WebView for browser automation via WebKit or Chromium CDP. A prototype server running Chrome needed a 192MB-256MB container. Bun also cuts idle CPU usage 5x and memory up to 35%.
