Cpak: New OCI Package Format for Linux

Cpak is a new OCI application package format for Linux desktops, servers, and devices. It uses a clear manifest, a real origin, and an inspectable command before installation. The format supports familiar Dockerfile syntax, layer caching, and incremental builds without a container daemon in production. It binds host graphics drivers at launch and declares access to system resources like DBus and sockets.
