Go 1.26 is released

Go 1.26 ships with two language refinements: the new function now accepts an initial-value expression, and generic types can self-reference in type parameters. The Green Tea garbage collector is enabled by default. Cgo overhead drops roughly 30%. Three new packages arrive: crypto/hpke, crypto/mlkem/mlkemtest, and testing/cryptotest.
