A hand-tuned AArch64 kernel decodes 12 independent Huffman bitstreams in lockstep on Apple Silicon. On an Apple M4 it sustains ~5.1 GB/s (~0.86 cycles/byte at 4.4 GHz). The decoder is slower than PivCo-Huffman and not designed for production use.
