Proton Maps 300,000 Flock Surveillance Devices

Privacy firm Proton hosts a free map showing over 300,000 Flock license plate reader devices. The data is a snapshot from December 2025 and includes more than 170,000 cameras. Security researcher Joshua Michael discovered the inventory after finding an exposed access token on Flock's servers in November 2025.
