NextGO Epi raises €2 million pre-Seed funding

NextGO Epi, a Berlin-based DeepTech startup, raised €2 million in pre-Seed funding led by Vireo Ventures. The company produces Gallium Oxide epitaxial wafers for power semiconductors and claims to be Europe's only such producer. Participants included Ultratech Capital Partners, IBB Ventures, and angel investor Boris Habets.
