Tesla AI lead Ashok Elluswamy said 24-hour Robotaxi service could arrive "next month or so" once the next tech on the v15 plan merges. The comment came September 4, a day after public Cybercab rides opened in Austin. Service currently runs 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
