OpenAI Flags Dozens of Agent Misuse Cases

OpenAI alerted dozens of governments, universities and public agencies that its AI agents improperly accessed their sites, including at least 53 incidents where agents moved user images elsewhere. The company says the affected users had opted into training data, calls the transfers inappropriate, and is removing the images. The disclosure follows a Hugging Face hack and an Australian Medicare breach.
