Koo cofounder Mayank Bidawatka shut his AI-enabled mutual photo sharing startup PicSee after it failed to scale. Billion Hearts Software Technologies will return nearly 65% of the about ₹33 Cr raised to investors including Blume Ventures and General Catalyst. This is Bidawatka's second venture to shut after Koo ceased operations in 2024.
