Waymo recalled nearly 3,900 robotaxis in the U.S. to fix software issues after 13 incidents where the vehicles drove into freeway construction zones in Phoenix and the San Francisco area. The voluntary recall, the company's second in just over a month, was filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
