Milan-based biotech Aptadir Therapeutics raised a $45 million seed round led by 4BIO Capital, with participation from Extend, CDP Venture Capital, XGEN Venture and CE-Ventures. The preclinical startup develops RNA inhibitors to reverse difficult-to-treat genetic conditions and underserved cancers, initially targeting Fragile X Syndrome. The funds will advance its therapeutics pipeline.
