The US drafted a letter to 35 signatories of its AI Opportunity Statement demanding they choose between American and Chinese AI frameworks. The blunt text warns that joining both is impossible. Kazakhstan, the only country in both blocs, holds critical minerals. China's rival World AI Cooperation Organization launched recently.
