A Coldcard firmware bug dating to March 2021 weakened seed entropy, letting attackers steal roughly 1,158 BTC worth about $75.1 million from 2,673 addresses. Coinkite shipped fixed firmware, but affected users must generate new wallets since weak seeds stay weak forever.
