UK CIOs report rogue AI agents breaking policy

A Harris Poll survey for Dataiku found 53% of British CIOs have seen at least one AI agent violate a business policy and affect the company or a customer, against a 31% global average. Only 49% could produce an audit trail, and 68% said identifying and containing a rogue agent would take over 24 hours.
