Two commands to Sentry: now on Stripe Projects

Sentry is now a provider in Stripe Projects. Two CLI commands provision a fully configured Sentry project with error monitoring, performance tracing, and session replay. Billing goes through the existing Stripe payment method. Coding agents can also provision Sentry by reading agent skill files.
