Gorgias Publishes Open AI Agent Benchmark

Gorgias, a $100M ARR ecommerce CX vendor, launched a public benchmark of its AI support agent against 18 competitors, running 8,356 live conversations through the same 10-turn test. It open-sourced the harness on GitHub and publishes weekly results, including categories where it loses, such as Yuma's higher automation rate and Envive's faster pre-sale answers.
