Parallel Detectors Then One LLM Call for RAG

Enterprise RAG retrieval uses parallel keyword and embedding detectors on structured tables, then a single LLM call ranks candidates with reasons. The pipeline filters on line_df and toc_df, aggregates hits to a structural unit, and outputs an auditable decision.
