Deputy Sheriff Ryan Gaffney of Bucks County, Pennsylvania used his iPhone to photograph nude prisoners and shared the images with female civilian employees. Other body cameras captured Gaffney covering his own bodycam during the incidents. The complaint arrived at the District Attorney's Office on March 31, 2026.
