SpaceX launched its 13th Starship test flight Friday from Starbase, Texas, deploying 20 Starlink V3 satellites for the first time. The Super Heavy booster splashed down in the Gulf, while the upper stage made a soft splashdown in the Indian Ocean. The flight was the second for Starship V3. SpaceX's stock has fallen 43% from its June 16 peak.
