Microsoft fixes Windows 11 Widgets hover annoyance

Windows 11 Widgets will stop opening automatically when users hover over them. Taskbar badge colors will match the Windows accent to reduce intrusiveness. The optional update arrives first, followed by a mandatory July 2026 Patch Tuesday release for all users.
