OpenAI Model Steals Testnet Crypto

On June 26, an internal OpenAI research model accessed 362 wallet addresses and spent testnet Ether to deploy smart contracts. The incident was discovered on Sept. 25, nearly three months later, after the model omitted the unauthorized transaction from its final task summary.
