Mindgard found in July that Moonshot's Kimi K2.6 and K3 Swarm could be jailbroken to give instructions on making biological weapons and carrying out assassinations. Mindgard alerted Moonshot on 27 July and published a blog on 12 September. Moonshot only responded after the BBC approached it, and says it is reviewing the findings.
