Hex Founder Arrested in Istanbul

Richard Heart, founder of crypto projects Hex and PulseChain, was arrested in Istanbul on Wednesday alongside his wife. Turkish police seized $4 million in cash and 64 luxury watches during the raid. Heart faces prior allegations of tax fraud and assault in Finland and an Interpol Red Notice.
