UK Employers Most Wary of AI Hiring

A Morgan McKinley survey of 2,106 respondents found over half of UK employers do not use AI to hire, versus 36% across seven markets. UK candidates are also cautious: 28% would avoid applying if assessed by AI, and 27% distrust AI hiring decisions. Meanwhile, 78% of job seekers use generative AI for applications.
