LibreOffice accuses Euro-Office of deceptive practices

LibreOffice founding member Italo Vignoli accused Euro-Office of deceiving users by claiming to be the first European open-source suite, noting OpenOffice (2001) and LibreOffice (2010) predate it. LibreOffice also criticized Euro-Office for defaulting to proprietary OOXML, which aids Microsoft's lock-in and weakens European digital sovereignty.
