pg_durable: PostgreSQL in-database durable execution

Microsoft built pg_durable, a feature for long-running, fault-tolerant SQL functions in PostgreSQL. It allows teams to define workflows in SQL and checkpoint each step, resuming after crashes or restarts. pg_durable brings durable execution inside Postgres without extra infrastructure. It's designed for backend and data engineers, DBAs, and SREs who need workflows to survive restarts and be auditable in SQL.
