Stockton approves $3.15M for police drones

Stockton, California approved $3.15 million for Flock Safety police drones that respond to 911 calls in 30 seconds. The city council voted 7-0 despite public opposition over privacy and surveillance concerns. The total contract with Flock now exceeds $5.4 million over five years.
