PayPal Cuts 251 Jobs, Plans 20% Workforce Reduction

PayPal is immediately laying off 251 workers at its headquarters and plans a 20% workforce reduction over the next few years to invest more in artificial intelligence. Oracle also began a new round of layoffs to fund data center construction for AI workloads.
