Cohere open-sources coding agent on single H100

Cohere launched North Mini Code, a 30 billion parameter mixture-of-experts model with 3 billion active parameters per token. The open-source model runs on a single H100 and generated three times the output tokens of comparable models in testing. It targets agentic software engineering including sub-agent orchestration.
