SoftBank Shares Jump 7% on $11.1B Bond Sale

SoftBank Group shares rose over 7% after announcing an $11.1 billion bond issuance to fund a $10 billion payment for the final tranche of its $30 billion OpenAI investment, expected to close Oct. 1, bringing its total stake to $64.6 billion and ~13% ownership.
