Kneat Solutions laid off roughly 36 workers, fewer than 10pc of its 360-plus employees, two weeks after Thoma Bravo completed its C$650m acquisition. The Limerick software firm delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange following the June deal. CEO Eddie Ryan confirmed the workforce reduction.
