Satispay to raise €120M for investment features

Italian fintech Satispay plans to raise up to €120 million to add stocks, ETFs, and pension products to its payment app. The company has 6.5 million users and 450,000 merchant partners. Italy holds €1.27 trillion in household bank accounts, with only 15% of households holding government bonds as of 2024.
