Google refines Tap to Share for Android

Google Play Services v26.30.31 code shows Google refining Tap to Share to mirror Apple's AirDrop. Users transfer files from the share sheet by bringing two phones together, bypassing manual Quick Share selection. A settings toggle will let users disable Tap to Share entirely.
