Lucid replaced most of its C-suite under new CEO Silvio Napoli, naming a new CFO, CTO, and three other leaders. The overhaul follows an 18% workforce cut and the withdrawal of 2026 production guidance. Kay Stepper was named President of Lucid Technologies, a new unit focused on robotaxis and autonomy.
