125M piano autocomplete model runs on iPhone

A 125M-parameter transformer autocompletes piano performances in real time at ~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15. The free app RollTab uses a factored note representation with five categorical fields, aggressive data cleaning, and DPO post-training. The final dataset held a few hundred thousand MIDI files with roughly 300 million note events.
