Pentagon Plans 90 Day Grid Independence

The Pentagon is developing a requirement for major bases in the 48 contiguous states to function independently for at least 90 days if a war cuts off the grid. This plan covers water, fuel, communications, and power, following 2024 warnings about Chinese state-backed hackers disrupting American networks. Meanwhile, British households are urged to prepare for three days without essential services.
