Bethesda Takes Control of Obsidian Entertainment

Xbox has moved Obsidian Entertainment under Bethesda as part of an ongoing reorganisation that cut 268 roles this week. Bethesda president Jill Braff promised Obsidian's creative identity will remain intact, with CEO Feargus Urquhart still leading. Obsidian is developing a new Fallout game with Bethesda Game Studios, following earlier layoffs that reportedly cost the studio 25% of its workforce.
