Antler research analyzing 51,722 European seed-stage companies finds founders who worked at a startup scaling from Seed to Series C are nearly twice as likely to reach Series A. The conversion rate jumps from a 23% baseline to 45.6%. Big Tech experience yields only a 33% rate, matching early-stage startup work.
