Venezuela Earthquake Destruction Revealed in New Satellite Images

Satellite technology is streamlining rescue efforts in Venezuela after two earthquakes on June 24. Copernicus generated 10 products and 25 maps assessing damage in 13 areas, including La Guaira and Greater Caracas. Nearly 1,300 buildings were affected. NASA activated its Disaster Response Coordination System using NISAR mission data.
