45Drives Expands SnapShield Ransomware Protection

45Drives Ltd. announced an expansion of its SnapShield cybersecurity platform, adding data exfiltration protection and centralized multi-server management. The agentless platform runs on storage servers to analyze file activity and sever connections when malicious behavior is detected. It was developed after 45Drives itself suffered a ransomware attack. The update includes Precision Restore for selective file rollback and a new console for managing multiple deployments.
