Slovenia enters EU MiCA stablecoin register via Dinaro

Slovenia entered the EU's MiCA stablecoin register through electronic money institution Dinaro, supervised by the Bank of Slovenia. The ESMA update added Dinaro to the EMT list, bringing it to 43 entries, and added two new CASPs, Partners Banka and Volksbank Beilstein-Ilsfeld-Abstatt.
