GE HealthCare agreed to acquire radiopharmaceutical maker Sofie Biosciences for $945 million in cash. The deal grants GE HealthCare U.S. rights to FAPI-74, a PET radiotracer in Phase III trials. The transaction targets a close in the first half of 2027.
