A California bankruptcy judge approved a $46.75 million settlement for victims of a 2023 data breach at 23andMe that exposed nearly 7 million users' genetic data. Chrome Holding, the company's new owner led by co-founder Anne Wojcicki, must pay Kroll Restructuring within five business days for distribution.
