Dil Foods In Talks To Acquire FreshMenu

Virtual restaurant operator Dil Foods is in talks to acquire cloud kitchen pioneer FreshMenu in a distress sale. FreshMenu suspended operations nationwide in early April after a cash crunch and has failed to pay vendors and employees. Dil Foods founder Arpita Aditi confirmed a brand licensing and operator agreement is in place for select locations.
