Wayfair partnered with OpenAI to build an AI system that corrected 2.5 million product attribute tags and now handles 41,000 supplier support requests monthly. The system runs on over 1 million products, catching mismatches like a coffee table listed as walnut but actually pine. Corrected listings saw more clicks and higher search rankings.
