Goldman and Morgan Stanley vie for OpenAI, Anthropic IPOs

Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are competing for the lead left underwriter position on the upcoming IPOs of OpenAI and Anthropic. Goldman already secured that role for SpaceX's June 12 offering. The bank that wins lead left on either deal stands to earn multiples of the fees paid to other underwriters.
